Have you ever fired someone? Do you always know what to say? Do you follow a script? There are a lot of considerations to be taken before firing an employee. What grounds? Is it legal? What if the person is a long time staff? Here are my views

The first time I had to fire someone, I was 24. It really wasn't easy (even more so because I had slept with her a couple of times), but after that, I never had any issues with it.
